A contact mailbox has not been set up yet. This page explains what to include when reporting a correction once it opens.
Reports cannot be received yet. A working address will appear here when the mailbox is ready.
A wrong number
When the mailbox is ready, the report button will open an email with a short template: the page, the field, the value shown, the value you expect and its source. Every report is checked against the document the page cites; how that works and what changes afterwards is on Corrections.
Suggest a watch or movement
Coverage grows by what owners look for. If your watch, calibre or battery code is missing, include the reference or the code exactly as it is printed on the case back, the movement or the cell. A link to the maker’s manual or spec sheet, if you have one, lets us add it with sources from the start.
What we cannot help with
- Valuing a watch or saying whether it is genuine.
- Diagnosing a fault in your watch: a watchmaker who can open it will do that better.
- Orders, prices or stock at shops the reference may link to.
